What can my customers pay me with?
This is the first thing most merchants ask. From your customer's side, almost nothing changes about how they use their money. From your side, you get to decide how you receive it — and the two don't have to match.
They do not sign up for anything. They do not create a Morph Payments account. They open the checkout you created, see your business name and the amount, and pay with the stablecoins they already hold — straight from their exchange or wallet.
Your customer needs no Morph Payments account
This is the question that comes up first, and the answer is simpler than most merchants expect. Your customer is not creating an account or signing up for anything on their end. They open the checkout and pay. That is the entire experience from their side.
You create the experience and put it where your customers are
You create a payment link or hosted checkout. Put it on your site, share it directly with a customer, or use the QR code. You build the experience once. Your customer opens it and pays with the stablecoins they already hold, from whatever exchange or wallet they already use. Nothing to install, nothing to move first.
Two choices, and the important part is that they are separate
When you set up a payment request, you make two separate choices. First, you choose what your customer is allowed to pay you with — which stablecoins. Second, you choose what networks you are willing to accept on. These are independent decisions. The more options you give your customer, the easier you are to pay.
What you receive is your choice, not theirs
Then separately, you choose what you want to receive and on which network. That choice belongs to you, not your customer. Your customer pays with the stablecoin and network that already works for them. You decide how it arrives in your account. The two do not have to match. Your customer can pay on one network and you can receive on a different one — Morph Payments handles the routing.
Nothing new for your customer to learn
Your customer pays using what they already have, the way they already use it. There is nothing new for them to install, bridge, or figure out. You meet them where their money already is, instead of asking them to move it first. That is really the whole idea.
